What if I need support?
oLawoffice support is available by phone or email during normal business hours. When you sign up you’ll be given a customer service representative who will be your primary contact for your website. You’ll receive his or her email and phone number, and they’ll help you through the set up process, and be there for any questions. Customer support and service is extremely important to us. We want you to feel confident that we’re here for you and you’re not just another number in a database. Every customer of ours is important, and we want to help all of them, and we feel that means a personal connection.
What if I need to do something outside of normal business hours?
Well, you could talk to your customer rep about that. As long as it’s not outrageous and necessary we try and be accommodating. If you can only talk at 7pm on a Tuesday most likely your rep will be more than happy to schedule a call at that time. However if you can only talk at 9pm on a Friday night, no promises. Many things you might want to do though, from sending emails, to posting content, can actually be scheduled in the system though, so talk to your customer rep, and we’ll help you figure out how to get what you need done.
What if my Customer Rep goes on vacation?
We don’t let our customer rep’s go on vacation. Just kidding. When your customer rep is taking a vacation they’ll let you know personally, and will give you an alternate rep who can help you while they’re away.
